Who is up for another Witcher game? Perhaps on the PS5 😉

This piece started before I watched the Witcher Series and changed it a bit throughout the course. Actually I don't want to limit my work by the limitations of characters, but whenever there is an opportunity to give a piece a deeper meaning, I try to add that.

In this case it is the fact that the Witcher does not kill dragons.
In this piece I scribbled the composition first and went all for the monster, which looked more like a dragon.
And that is a mutated dragon creature.
Since Geralt is also a mutant, he is facing his demons right there (his inner and outer) - and thus he is very undecided about what to do ;)

The piece was all inspired by the background Landscape from Sidney Richard Percy from around 1870ies as he painted many Skye related works. Geralt is actually based on a wallpaper version that I liked from CKGoksoy but apart from the pose, which I believe is from a promotional art, I changed a lot.
